Zhao Guoang, Genera Economist of Sinolight Group, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Haisum Group And His Delegation Visited GDE for Investigation & Instruction Edit Date:2021/03/18

       From 17th -18th March, Zhao Guoang, Genera Economist of Sinolight Group, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Haisum Group, Li Yimin, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Committee of Haisum Group, Lin, CFO and Board Secretary of Haisum Group and Chairman of GDE and their delegation visited GDE for investigation & instruction.

       In the afternoon of 17th March, the delegation firstly participated in General Meeting of Cadres of GDE in Conference Hall. Luo Jun, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of GDE, hosted the meeting as Li Yimin announced the appointment letter stating that Jiang Chao and Zhu Cheng were appointed as Deputy General Manager of GDE.

       Afterwards Jiang Chao and Zhu Cheng made personal speeches demonstrating their appreciation for having such chance given by the organization and their sense of passion and responsibility on new positions. Luo Jun, on behalf of the company leader team, then showed the heartfelt appreciation for having care and support from party committee and leaders from various level and showed warm welcome and sincere congratulations to two new members of leader team. He mentioned that the team should free the mind along with trends; should be united with cohesive force; should be pragmatic and responsible; should be self-disciplined as an example and keep learning to strive for more development of the company.

       Then Zhao Guoang made important speech. He mentioned: The adjustment of GDE leader team was a far-sighted decision according to instruction spirit of enhancing cadre communication and needs of Haisum Group reform and development to strengthen GDE’s leader team. Hopefully, enterprise resource sharing, talent complementary, management communication could be achieved via this adjustment to further stimulate vitality and inspire start-up of cadre team and bring positive change on various works.He required that all cadres attending the meeting should firstly improve political consciousness and strongly support and implement the arrangement by Group Party Committee to stick to Party’s leadership, strengthen party construction, put political construction on the 1st priority and fully exert the leadership of party committee; secondly, they should summarize experiences and insist the belief of fast development to push the company to a new step; thirdly, we should optimize the organization in many aspects and improve the organizational system. He stated that the new team should extend research and be far-sighted, to continuously explore and optimize the mode, beyond the existing one, to achieve organizational management optimization, the company’s transformation and upgrading so as the company truly became an advanced engineering company, which was able to compete with domestic and foreign excellent engineering competitors and undertake larger and better EPC projects. He hoped that the new team would build consensus widely, mobilize all possible positive factors, start a new journey with a strong sense of responsibility, and contribute to GDE with more active management innovation and ability.

       After the cadre meeting, the leaders of the Group listened to the GDE’s operation report since this year. Luo Jun and other leading team members participated in the research symposium. On behalf of the company’s leadership, Luo Jun firstly reported the operation of GDE from January to March, the progress of major projects, and the integration into the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area. He also made a key report on the company’s development ideas from the aspects of “adjusting structure, establishing system, building culture, expanding market, controlling risks and emphasizing innovation”. In the meeting, other leading team members were reporting based on their own management part.

       Leaders of Haisum Group such as Li Yimin, Lin, Wen Guowei also made instructions regarding relevant business.

       Eventually, Zhao Guoang fully affirmed the development ideas and work done by GDE and combining the Group’s “the 14th 5-year plan” strategic development planning and organization reform situation, presented the requirement: Mr. Zhao stressed that the company should pay attention to quality while focusing on the speed of development, pay attention to risk control and prevention, transform to a digital, technological and international company, focus on the whole picture, develop compound engineering management talents, and drive growth of revenue and profit.

       In the morning of 18th, the leaders of Group and the middle-level and above cadres of GDE attended the lecture, held by SASAC regarding the study of the Party history of the Central enterprises by video conference.
