Low Glycemic Index Sucrose Project Has Been Successfully Put into Production Edit Date:2019/08/27



       Congratulations on the production of Zhuhai Purife Co., Ltd Low glycemic index sucrose project on 28th July 2019.
       This project is a significant achievement of production-study-research integrated research, with daily capacity 10 ton sucrose, by Modern Innovation Research Institute of South China University of Technology. It was designed by GDE and locates in Modern Innovation Research Institute of South China University of Technology in Zhuhai Fushan Industrial Park.

       Low-glycemic index sucrose is rich in sugarcane active substances and has strong free radical scavenging activity. It can delay the digestion and absorption of sugar in small intestine, repair damaged pancreatic tissue, enhance insulin sensitivity, stabilize blood sugar and improve sugar tolerance. It is a kind of sucrose that diabetics can safely eat.
       The production of project will bring happiness to diabetics who like sweet food. The long-lost sugar taste will come back instead of taste of artificial sweetener. From now on, besides white sugar, fructose, and other artificial sweetener, low glycemic index sucrose can be applied in various food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals industries to produce more healthy food for customers especially diabetics.
