Communication Meeting of Enterprise Cultural Development & 2016 Start Meeting of Enterprise Cultural Development Work Held Edit Date：2015/12/28

       In the morning on 24th Dec, Communication Meeting of Enterprise Cultural Development & 2016 Start Meeting of Enterprise Cultural Development Work were held with the Secretary of the party committee and Chairman Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the party committee and Deputy General Manager Xu Lin, party committee office, general office, HR department, technology & quality department, youth league committee and leaders of each engineering department attending.
       In the meeting, Secretary Chen mentioned that the enterprise culture –“Respect & Responsible” should be hard developed for concerning staff’s demand and providing them with a growing platform to be commonly responsible for the company development. In the meantime, IT platform needed to be properly used to demonstrate our culture and enterprise cultural development team would be encouraged to “go out” for wider sight and more communication. Eventually, business would be hopefully pushed by cultural development to picture a healthy development step for company.
       Afterwards, Deputy Secretary Xu introduced a general picture of cultural development as well as initial relevant plan for 2016 and made work distribution to each department. The attendees from each department discussed about importance, difficulty and detail implementation scheme.
       It will be a long journey for cultural development and it is required more good ideas and forward pushing from every staff to make “Respect, Pragmatism, Innovation & Excellence” be the image representative of GDE staff.
