2015 GDE Family Open Day Edit Date：2015/11/23

       In order to enhance the company and family culture and staff cohesion and to appreciate the supporting from employees’ family members, on 21st Nov, GDE Family Open Day was held with supporting from company leaders and each administration departments. The topic of this day was “Healthy, Responsible, Gathering & Happiness Creation” for a communication platform among, company, employee and their family to let family members know more about company.
       For smooth implementation, each league branch made proper preparation and decorated company to be a happy party place to show the vitality and warmth of company.
       Almost 500 employees and their family attended the activity and nearly 80 young children were offered special souvenir on the Open Day. After busy attendance registration, some employees with their family went to activity centre for interesting little games; some went to leisure pub for karaoke with family and friends; and some with fishing equipment went fishing for leisure time. At midday, all people experienced a big meal in company canteen. In the afternoon, excited badminton games were held. Many employees with their family organized groups and played against colleagues. At nightfall, relatives and friends stayed together for barbeque and watched the warm sunset outside the pub. At 8.00 pm, as the last batch of staff were sent by shuttle bus this Open Day came to an end.
       On this day, all people had a happy and special weekend. This was a nice communication platform to develop company culture and connection between staff for common progress of staff and company.
