     By the jury and experts appraisement and selection, 2009 Engineering Cost Consultation outstanding projects of Light Industry were awarded. Two projects of GDE were awarded second prize and third prize respectively with honors: " Garbage incineration power plant preliminary design budget estimates, Jiangyin City" and "Guangzhou Development District Red Cross Hospital Rebuilding Project preliminary design budget estimates ".
